There are more good restaurants in Austin than can probably be named in one sitting, but you could narrow it down a bit…
1. Do you have any dietary restrictions, preferences, or anti-preferences?
2. How much would you want to spend?
3. Would you be having a late lunch, or were you planning to stick around for dinner?
4. Did you want to check out downtown Austin while you’re at it?
5. Do you want to eat somewhere distinctively Austiny, or are you just looking for good food even if it’s the kind of restaurant you could find at home?

Signing at Austin Books
When I came down for Staple!, I was really impressed by the response from the local creative community. So now that my first series [url=http://karmaincorporated.com]Karma Incorporated[/url] hit stores this past week, I [i:d0898de202]had[/i:d0898de202] to make plans to come down to Austin again

Thanks Gary for the response!
1. I’m a fairly adventurous eater. I like exotic.
2. A week ago, I would’ve said it didn’t matter, but then the A/C broke at our house… so now, I’m going to say something moderately priced. :)
3. Late lunch after the signing
4. I like downtown Austin.
5. Preferrably something distinctively Austiny… that way I can brag about it to my Dallas friends when I get home. :)
Well… I’m getting in the car to make the drive. Hopefully, I see some of you crazy STAPLE! folk there.
