2006 Hotel Deal
Traveling to [b:f78ddc9fba]STAPLE![/b:f78ddc9fba]? Need a place to stay?
I have made arrangements with a local hotel to provide rooms at a discounted rate of $45/night (plus applicable taxes).
The hotel is the Homestead Studio Suites at 9100 Waterford Centre Blvd. (in Austin, duh). To reserve your room you must call the hotel directly at
512/837-6677 (hit “0” to get the front desk). In order to get this rate you will need to state that you are with the “Independent Media Ventures” group when making your reservations. The deal is good for the nights of Friday 3/3 and Saturday 3/4.
The hotel is a short 5 minute drive (about a mile) from the venue. I checked out the rooms and they’re nice, clean, with queen sized beds and cute little tiny kitchens.
